• 使用方法：
  ■ 將能量計(jì)上方的開(kāi)關(guān)調(diào)至打開(kāi)位置即“ON”位置，此時(shí)，顯示屏上將顯示數(shù)字“0” mj/cm2（毫焦耳/平方厘米）。
  ■ 準(zhǔn)備測(cè)量，將能量計(jì)的背面面向紫外線UV光源，以保證測(cè)量的有效性和準(zhǔn)確性，感光窗有清楚的標(biāo)識(shí)。
  ■  當(dāng)儀器在光源照射一定時(shí)間之后，已記錄所感測(cè)到的UV紫外光能量，此時(shí)，可以從儀器正面的顯示屏上讀取能量值，能量值的對(duì)應(yīng)單位是：mj/cm2（毫焦耳/平方厘米）。

■ 每一次，在進(jìn)行一次新的測(cè)量工作時(shí)，依據(jù)需要將儀器關(guān)閉，然后再次開(kāi)啟。顯示屏上將重新調(diào)至“0” mj/cm2（毫焦耳/平方厘米）。接著可依照上述步驟繼續(xù)操作。
■ 每一次使用時(shí)，請(qǐng)將儀器的開(kāi)關(guān)調(diào)至打開(kāi)狀態(tài)即“ON”位置，液晶顯示屏上顯示的讀數(shù)為“0”mj/cm2（毫焦耳/平方厘米）,如果不是想獲取重復(fù)測(cè)試的累計(jì)能量值，請(qǐng)每一次測(cè)量前，將其讀數(shù)歸零。
■ 如果您的工藝特別需要，也可以反復(fù)地進(jìn)行測(cè)量，每一次測(cè)量后的讀數(shù)，不需要?dú)w零處理，那么，儀器上最后一次顯示的讀數(shù)將是多次反復(fù)測(cè)量的累計(jì)值。
當(dāng)完成測(cè)量時(shí)，需將開(kāi)關(guān)調(diào)至“OFF”位置，以便及時(shí)關(guān)閉儀器，正確的操作將有效保證儀器的電池使用壽命。

• 注意事項(xiàng)：
  ■ 請(qǐng)避免用力頻繁搖晃儀器或摔壞儀器；
  ■  每一次測(cè)量完成，請(qǐng)及時(shí)將儀器關(guān)閉，并放回包裝盒內(nèi)保管；

n   Introduction

■ It is used for measuring the energy of different light sources within a certain time, which isalso as usually called the light energy.

■ With the advancement of the curing requirements of customer, UV meter has more and more become the important quality monitor. It has also become the essential tool of controling and realizing curing quality consistency.

■ Spectral range is UV250-410 nm and the main length is 365nm.

n   Instruction for use

■ Switch on the UV-Integrator. The display on the LCD will show “0”mj/cm2.

■ Place the UV-Integrator with the front facing the conveyor belt. The sensor is on the back of the UV-Integrator. The back

     plate of the UV-Integrator serves as the heat shield.

■ After the UV-Integrator has passed through the conveyor, take the UV-integrator from the conveyor belt in order to read the measuring result. The measuring results are shown as: mJ/cm2.

■ Prior to a new measuring sequence, it is necessary to switch “off” and then “on” again.

 This will reset the display to “0”.

     Continue as described in Step 2.

■ After using the instrument, please put it into the packing box and prevent it broken.

■ You can measure it again and again if you need it .

n   Attention:

■ Please avoid shaking the UV-integrator or break it.

■ After using it every time, please close the instrument in time and put it into the packing box.

■ Do not put the LCD on the instrument out the high-light or high- energy area.

■ Don’t open the instrument to calibrate or destroy it if you are not professional. Otherwise, the measuring effect and precision of the instrument will be affected.
