1.貨到到達收貨地點后，無論外包裝箱是否破損,都需要開箱檢查,務必當面驗貨核對，確認無誤以后簽收，客戶簽收之后默認對產品發貨數量以及品類沒有異議，故簽收后不接受關于少貨的投訴；如有產品因運輸問題產生破損,請讓相關運輸公司出據加蓋公章的證明,并將此證明提供給我們,由我們來協助客戶進行索賠；如因物流造成貨物有破損或丟失，我們將不承擔相關責任.

2.長期合作的批發客戶及分銷客戶我們實行長拿長保制度。少量拿貨客戶，我們依據相關法規執行（7天內非人為的質量問題退換貨，30天內保修，功能類產品180天內保修，保護類不作保修）。客戶在發現產品質量問題退貨時，請用普通快遞退回我公司，運費客戶墊付.若客戶在未與客服溝通情況下，直接退貨，我們將不予受理；我公司不接受到付件。
